OS inserts are best for:

Rise unsnapped fully or with one rise row snapped up.

If your baby is larger or has a longer ridea.

If you need more absorbency, folding the insert down has a lot of added absorbency in the wet zone.

All inserts are made up of Zorb and a blend of bamboo/cotton/ hemp
